The Wednesday Night Aussie Pairs League at Wanderers is a fast-paced, social format that’s perfect for both new and experienced players.
Played in teams of two, Aussie Pairs keeps everyone involved on every end, creating a fun, strategic game that moves quickly and keeps the energy high throughout the evening.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, enjoy some friendly competition, or just spend a relaxed night on the green, this league offers a welcoming atmosphere and a great midweek activity. New players are always encouraged to join, and experienced members are happy to help you learn the ropes.
The league takes place on Wednesday Nights starting at 6:30pm and each league runs approximately one month. Space is limited to a maximum of 4 rinks (16 people)- so get your entries in quick to guarantee your spot.

The Wanderers Lawn Bowling Club has been an active part of the Halifax community for over 130 years. Calling the Wanderers Grounds in Downtown Halifax Home, the club has over 200 members of all ages and abilities (the largest lawn bowls club in Nova Scotia) who can take advantage of many of our bowling opportunities (both daytime and evening) along with our clubhouse facilities throughout the summer! Come and give lawn bowling a try! It’s affordable, easy to learn and a lot of fun!
