OPEN HOUSE If you are new to lawn bowling and curious, come to an "Open House" at WLBC. We will show you around the clubhouse and grounds, and then get into an introductory training session where you can learn the basics of the game and see if it is a sport you would like to explore more.
Wanderers Lawn Bowling Club is offering a July Open House to anyone who would like to try lawn bowling on Saturday July 18th at 10:00 a.m. (please arrive by 9:45). Please note the footwear requirements below.
While pre-registration is not required - it certainly helps us plan for numbers of participants, saves you time from Signing the Guest Logbook when you arrive, and additionally we can contact you in case of cancellation due to weather. Please complete the Open House Pre-Registration Google Form.
Please note that it is WLBC's policy that all visitors and guests attending an event at the club will be required to sign-in to our Guest Logbook and provide your contact information and contact in case of emergency while you are at the club.
Footwear and Weather Guide We care for our green, which can be easily damaged by inappropriate footwear. Please help us maintain our green in great shape for everyone Dress for the weather

If you are a new member but you have prior experience lawn bowling at WLBC or another accredited lawn bowling club please advise us by email [email protected] so you may be exempted from the requirement to attend an “Open House” or a “Learn to Bowl” Session.
