The Wanderers Open Pairs tournament was first played in 2024. The idea of National Team member and former LBNS President Cameron Lefresne, the event brings together top teams from across Nova Scotia and beyond (with teams previously travelling from New Brunswick and PEI) to battle it out for bragging rights and a great prize pool. The competition is always top notch in every single game

About our Club

The Wanderers Lawn Bowls Club has been an active part of the Halifax community for over 130 years. Calling the Wanderers Grounds in Downtown Halifax Home, the club has over 200 members of all ages and abilities who can take advantage of many of our bowling opportunities (both daytime and evening) along with our clubhouse facilities throughout the summer! Come and give lawn bowling a try! It’s affordable, easy to learn and a lot of fun!
